Randy does an OUTSTANDING job. He fixed a crack in our basement 3 years ago, and due a manufacturing default, the crack began to leak again. He came back out, took off the old seal and used a different type, which works great! He must have spent 20 hours down there, free of charge. He said it was all covered under his warranty. GREAT GUY. WOULD USE AGAIN.

Sealed LLC was excellent to work with from first contact through completion of the crack sealing work in our concrete basement wall. We had a crack that persistently leaked after several attempts by us to repair the crack. Randy was deliberate in the preparation of the crack area, in application of the "pre coat" to contain the sealant, and in the injection of the sealant. The procedures for using this process were diligently followed. Precautions were also taken to minimize dust resulting from the crack preparation process. This was a very satisfactory experience. There have been a number of rains, and there has been no leakage.

How Much Does SEALED Charge To Repair A Crack?

It depends on several factors including the length, width and amount of wall preparation required. Most single cracks cost less than $500 for polyurethane injection. Carbon fiber repairs are a bit higher. But don’t worry, SEALED offers free inspections and estimates, so it doesn’t cost you anything to have us take a look.

What causes foundation cracks?

An assortment of things may cause poured foundations to crack. Settling, especially after several decades; wide temperature fluctuations in the ground; the presence of clay in the soil; and sometimes the quality of the original work are all common reasons for cracks.

How long do SEALED's repairs take?

In most cases we can be done in just a few hours. But for homes with multiple cracks it could require two visits.

How long will I have to wait for SEALED to begin the work?

We set our appointments around your schedule and in most cases we can begin within a few days of our inspection.

What needs to happen before SEALED begins?

All material covering the crack must be removed including drywall, paneling, wallpaper, shelves, and studs. And if necessary, SEALED’s estimate will include the time required to remove any previous repair.

What if I see water from a crack after SEALED’s repair?

Our work on polyurethane injection and carbon fiber repairs on poured foundation wall cracks carries a ten year warranty against leaks. In addition, the warranty is fully transferable in the event you sell your home.

When do I need to pay SEALED?
