Fuller Center for Housing of Greater Kansas City 8th Annual BBQ
Recently the Fuller Center for Housing of Greater Kansas City held its 8th Annual BBQ and Fundraiser. This lively event attracts volunteers, partner families, clergy, donors, and sponsors from around the Northland. SEALED is proud to hold a seat on the Board of Directors of this important housing ministry. This year, there were about 125 attendees who gathered at the Gladstone Community Center for food, fellowship, games, auctions, and awards. The ribs were mouthwatering tender and cooked real slow. But the focus was on raising money to build more homes. And we were pleased after counting up all the proceeds that we raised over $26,000! In 2018 we plan to begin building two solid, affordable homes on land donated to Fuller Center.
